4th Wednesday Retreats
9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
(April 24, May 22, June 26, July 24)

Cost: $75 (includes lunch)

Join three to five others for a guided practice at attending to how what is unfolding in the created world speaks to what is unfolding in your life.

You will be guided through three movements into the woods and back that invite you to pay attention, holding a different question or focus each time.  Perhaps it will be a dying--or blooming--flower, a budding tree, bird song, a cracked stone, ants and bees, squirrels and hawks, goats and hens, falling leaves, flowing water that opens a way for you to see afresh, to hear differently, to receive an image or word God might have for you just now.

Bring an open and curious heart, a journal, either a camera (a phone works well) or a sketching pencil and pad (or both), and wear clothes and shoes suited for wandering through woods.

Before each movement we'll gather and hear words from a poet that will draw us toward the question to be held for that movement, which will shift with the seasons.

We'll begin and 9:30 and conclude the morning eating a simple lunch together, with the optional opportunity to share a thought, photo, drawing--and so to see, hear, and be encouraged by each other's noticings.
