In addition to being a Spiritual Director, I'm a Sociologist and Writer in Residence at George Fox University, where I previously taught Sociology.  These days I write mostly about the deeply spiritual undercurrents of our ordinary lives, which shape us even if we don't recognize it. I've also written about how we make food choices, how we consume, how we live in love with our near and distant kin, sexuality, relationships, and raising daughters.
