Rosehip oil has a long history of use among ancient Egyptians, Mayans, and Native Americans. It's anti- inflammatory fatty acids penetrate layers of skin, stimulating collagen production (aiding with skin elasticity and firmness), and feeding skin with vitamins A & C. Rosehip oil contains phenols that have antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. Combine this with jojoba, hemp, other skin nourishing oils and butters, activated charcoal (for deep pore-cleansing and detoxifying properties), lavender and tea tree oil and you have a bar that cleanses and feeds sensitive facial skin.
